Ground floor is an open plan area with fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. Dining area with table and chairs. Three seater sofa/bed and two leather relaxer chairs.
1st floor is a doulbe bedroom with a double and single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, wash basin and w.c.
Outside is the large, rear south facing garden with apple trees and mature shrubs. It has a patio with table/chairs, and a barbeque.
The cottage is in Champsecret, on the edge of the Forest D Andaines, between Domfront and Bagnoles Des L Orne.
It is just 5 minutes walk to the village square with shops and bar which serves real Normandy ales. Nearby are fishing lakes, cycle paths, lovely walks, the forest, with wildlife in abundance.
Price is weekly rate and includes electricity, logs,wood, bedding and towels. Also end of stay cleaning.
The cottage is 90 kms. from Caen ferry port.
